I am struggle with understanding the whole V2 thing on Fotolia. I don't really see much speed difference and sales seem to have dropped dramatically. Any help here. I don't hear much "official help" on their forums right now.

Well they said that complete code was rewritten but I can't see too much improvements...
It is still very slow, payment request doesn't work, ....

I'm not sure but I think they have a lot of job to do to fix all know and unknown bugs...

They are stil fixing bugs... I hope it will all work just fine in a week or two...

A week or two is to long to wait for bugs like this. Any site that has 4 days of down time to transition a system may have deeper problems. However, I hold on faith, hoping for another good paycheck.

I say give them a week and see what happens. They may have bitten of a bite to big to chew, but they will recover. I am really excited about the new API because of my ImageTrail - Microstock search engine project. I have been using a spider on the website for 6 months and I think and API is better for all of us.

The one thing I would kill to see on Fotolia = SPEED. I send a look of referral buyers there way, but they give up because its to slow!

I think it should be faster than V1, especialy after they fix all bugs. I hope so.
