You are right, I think Fotolia is the only one. I know iStock is REALLY close...
I believe that iStock has now done it and is also over 1mil images.
There is an announcement on Shutterstock as well that they are very close. I think they will all start craking down on acceptance once they have passed the 1 mil mark.
I thought it interesting that Shutterstock announced that it was the largest agency a while back, but as far as the "onscreen numbers" it seems that Fotolia is quite a bit large. Even though I HATE their upload process, they are really starting to make me some good $$.
Fotolias total photos number includes something extra - we have never figured out but it is either they rejected photos or their free photos or double counting due to multiple sites (ie different languages). This is why shutterstock claims to be the biggest.
